Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Shifting grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Shifting. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. She takes great pride in her work and is very well organized. Her planner is full of calendar events.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Mayor. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Mayor responsibilities is difficult; and expand her business

Description: He wears a worn and beaten armor. He has a moderate pudge and is not very fit. His white hair is braided into rings. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are brown.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. The war was a terrible time for him, and Kildrak does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Kildrak fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating she would invite many more into her home than her spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. She is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of her. She is by nature obliging.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She helped her mother out around the business and became quite the natural. She has worked as a Barkeep like her mother before her.

Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Anverth grew up listening to his mother's many stories. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Priest. He has worked as a Priest like his mother before him.
