History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her mother. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Layabout hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Chem is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Chem lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
