History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His arcane abilities were realized during a raid on his village. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Pijjirik was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the giants.

Personality: She acts crazy and hedonistic. The war was a terrible time for her, and Katherine does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Katherine was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: She loathes her own lifestyle; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

History: She comes from a rich western family. Herleva was born on a far western desert where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Shipwright. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
