History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Millicent was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Blacksmith for hire.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. Glim was born on a far eastern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Healer. After a long history of fighting, Glim and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the west. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: Tree hails from a village terrorized by orcs. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. Being a Sellsword kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: Revenge.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. While she appears to be a normal Tiefling, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: She is a bit of a kleptomaniac.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Nemeia was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Nemeia fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
