History: Emerald lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. Personality: Eiravel is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Gnomish activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Gnomish doctor. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Gnomish people; and he loathes his own lifestyle

She was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of freemasons.

Personality: She is happy with her job as a Performer. She turns her eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.

History: She was raised by priests from a young age. A gifted student she started as a Painter, but she got bored and became a Performer. Being a Performer kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Personality: She is a woman who does what she needs to. She will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. She invites people to come help in her community garden.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Akra grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Akra. She's also a talented Courier, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
