History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. Roland is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Roland hails from a village terrorized by giants. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: He wants revenge against giants; and wants to raise his children well

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: Born in the south to a Spice Merchant, Hubert learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the south were limited. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, she has a hard time making friends. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: She was raised by priests from a young age. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and retire the richest woman in the north
