Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: Born to a Baker, his father struggled to pay the bills. In his youth he was a Baker, and wanted to be a champion fighter when he grew up. He was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives he lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. He saw the brutality and swore off his fighting aspirations, taking his younger brother on his back after seeing his parents die, and fled the country. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: He was raised in a mountains tribe. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Hagren has worked very hard to control his curse. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Her father took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
