History: Hobart hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he very much looks the part of a Carter. His hair is long and chestnut with streaks of golden, and is pulled back with small red clips. Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Nelkin is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He comes from a rich western family. He found a children's book about a Halfling Wizard who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story.
