He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was born in the south. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Description: Standing 3'11", this woman tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with her rolled up shirt sleeves this gives her a very relaxed look. Her blonde hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. Her violet eyes peer out from beneath her Stetson grey hat.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Aelar alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world.

Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Dyer but believes her peers are too gung-ho.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Dyer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Dyer work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She struck the Dyer job and began her own company from there.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg; and sabotage a competitor
