History: Alston was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Commoner, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Commoner in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He now owns his own business.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Spice Merchant hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Spice Merchant and was forced into it by his family.

He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, he put together a working one.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Dwarven activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Dwarven doctor. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.
