Personality: Beast is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: Beast lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers.

Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. She is obsessed with her god.

History: She was born into a rich family. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister.

Description: He is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured. He is bristling with hidden weapons, mostly scythes and ceremonial daggers. His chestnut hair is still thick. This violet eyed northerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family He moved out west to avoid the crime he committed. Being a Shepherd kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: Born to a Spy, his mother struggled to pay the bills. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Description: She wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates her frame. She carries with her a set of hammers on her belt, each one with a emerald on the hilt. Her scarlet crest is heavily combed to the left. Her half smiles and gold eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: She likes to brag about her accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. A fanatic, her devotion to her small selection of gods is unquestionable. She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Havilar was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She found a children's book about a Dragonborn Cleric who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She has achieved small success as a Sage.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and balancing her hectic life and new sage responsibilities is difficult
