History: Kaladan was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Bard, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Bard in service of a powerful lord somewhere. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

History: He is a Chromatic Dragon in disguise. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Revenge; and an old rival family wants him found

Description: He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. He carries a battered warhammer and tarnished crossbow as well. His silver hair and beard is wavy and long. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Roofer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears rags and sports a simple walking cane, and is pretty ugly. His white crest is braided into rings. His gold eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. His parents were killed by drow in a raid when he was still a young child. The drow captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: He wants revenge against drow.
