History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His childhood dream was to be a Layabout, but he was a colossal failure. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

History: Mordai was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of dire rats once and for all.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Kiirith was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Through the years after Kiirith was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Kiirith's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
