Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: Born in the south to a Cartwright, Naal learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. When Naal reached his early adolescence his Elf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Cartwright.

Motivation: To be a Carter again; and wishes to resurrect an old love

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. As long as the job gets done she does not care how it got done.

History: Emeny was born with her father's beautiful face. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Human companion (her 'brother'). She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. Cockaby is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Cockaby abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. A freak accident while working with his Scribe father left him crippled. He was granted arcane powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and he has a crush on the local scribe
