History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. When Vani reached her early adolescence her Halfling father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Dwarves in Dagnal's homeland. Dagnal decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and she has decided she is irredeemable

Description: A plain young-adult man, he is dressed in earthy colors with a brown and tan handkerchief worn on his right side. His auburn hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His green eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Ploughman born in the past three hundred years. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his painting with anyone who is interested.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and to settle down with his crush

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this western guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the west were limited. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: Seeks redemption; and a rival would like him out of the picture

History: She got into the Beggar business at a young age. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature mace.

Motivation: Meet up once more with her childhood friend.
