History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Oblar was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: She resents people who mock her appearance or her, so she has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. She is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. She likes to tell stories.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Junk Dealer. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: She is terrified, and will act out of fear; and she's in love

Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. She is a great chef.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: To end her boredom; and she has money and likes to spend it

Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: Born to a Bowyer, his mother struggled to pay the bills. Cory was born on a far southern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Beggar. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and to get a good night's sleep

Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. She is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions
