History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Half-Orc in existence. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A gifted student he started as a Doctor, but he got bored and became a Marshal. He's also a talented Doctor, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: She has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Slave Trader who has hired her part-time. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of giants may trigger it at times.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Gnomes in the north were limited. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A deep hatred of giants; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and she desires to right it
