History: Gifted from a young age, Marbas studied abroad. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Marbas grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Marbas. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. A freak accident while working with her Servant mother left her crippled. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Qualen embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A freak accident while working with his Knight mother left him crippled. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Architect for hire.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

History: Carlin lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Stylist work with an outfit from a few towns over. Stylist work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.

Her gray unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: The woman has a huge range of feeling. She will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how she will be a better person from this day on. She has all her life been fascinated with poetry.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Thiala has worked very hard to control her curse. She has never given up on her poetry dream.
