History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, John was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. After coming to the age of reason, Harbek took it upon himself to study the divine arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Shipwright. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and he is unsatisfied with his job

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Elves in the west were limited. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

Motivation: Meet up once more with her childhood friend; and to reunite with her old friends
