History: Cairn lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Half-Elven activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Half-Elven doctor. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, she has a hard time making friends. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

Motivation: She has passion for adventuring and risk.

Description: A middle-aged man, he is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright red and blue, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems, and is pretty ugly. His hair is white and curly. He has gleaming, smiling blue eyes.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He works hard and plays hard.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. Through the years after Hamil was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Hamil's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Hamil and his spouse have recently divorced.
