Personality: Ugol hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his singing career. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: Gifted from a young age, Ugol studied abroad. He always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions.
