When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

His first spouse was a Apothecary, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Burto fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
