History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Cook for hire.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. She has recently attracted an admirer that believes she's playing hard to get.

Motivation: She has a crush on the local Carter; and she has decided she is irredeemable
