Personality: She does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of gnolls may trigger it at times.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Weaver arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. In her 14th year, her parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Orianna alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Her father took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

History: She comes from a rich southern family. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered painting. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He has all his life been fascinated with painting.

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Elves in Carrie's homeland. Carrie decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He has a crush on the local Miller; and wants his loneliness to end
