Through the years after Shanairla was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. History: He got into the Fletcher business at a young age. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. After a long history of fighting, Brottor and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Fletcher responsibilities is difficult.
