History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. A freak accident while working with his Architect father left him crippled. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Joser grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Joser. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
