She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Layabout. She struck the Layabout job and began her own company from there.

Description: The woman speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. She seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if she got out from a pool a few moments ago. Personality: She is quite rude, and likes to deride her opponents skill and shout insults at them. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Verna fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
