History: Gifted from a young age, Neega studied abroad. After coming to the age of reason, Neega took it upon herself to study the druidic arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. History: She got into the Carter business at a young age. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered dancing. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Carter for hire.

Motivation: Marry her brother to traveling adventurers; and doesn't want to be a carter and was forced into it by her family
