History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Elven companion (his 'brother'). He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature greataxe.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Sailor but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Dustin was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Sailor work with an outfit from a few towns over. Sailor work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and expand his business

Description: This exceptionally lanky woman is wearing a perfectly clean shirt and pair of pants. Her rusty crest has been sun bleached extensively. Her gold eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food she seems plenty friendly. She misses her home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: To be a Navigator again; and expand her business

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average woman, she is not imposing. She wears a shirt that is too small, which lets her gut show, with a ratty brown coat over it. Her brown hair is greasy and uncared for. Her otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: She was born in the west. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Shadow was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Guard responsibilities is difficult; and further expansion of business
