History: Naill was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Bard, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Bard in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He found a children's book about a Elf Bard who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes drow are coming to abduct people. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: Bharash was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Bharash alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it.
