History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Shivering was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

History: The child of a Barkeep, who enjoyed hunting, Susannah was taken on many hunting expeditions. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She bought a hand crossbow and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

Description: He is a husky man, who wears a worn and beaten armor. He has done his best to style his blonde hair to look like a famous performer. His half smiles and green eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: Naal is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: Naal was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Naal grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Naal. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Ubada was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Motivation: A deep hatred of dire rats; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever
