She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his mother.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Brottor grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Brottor. He has worked as a Bookbinder like his mother before him.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Morthos is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Morthos was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Morthos was born on a far eastern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Herbalist. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Doctor and was forced into it by his family; and he has money and likes to spend it
