History: She was born into a rich family. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Verin grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Verin. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Personality: Stoic and calm, she prefers to meditate than take action. She also is a firm believer in the womanly ideal.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. While she appears to be a normal Elf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: To prove her worth to the world; and she has money and likes to spend it

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Mary will drive conversation. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Weaver business.

History: Born to a Shipwright, her father struggled to pay the bills. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Weaver work with an outfit from a few towns over. Weaver work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She now owns her own business.

Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'8" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. His blonde hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are amber.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: He was born in a small forest village. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Engraver. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he is greedy
