Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Gnomes in the north were limited. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. His tied-back hair is golden. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his violet eyes.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Adran grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Adran. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature scimitar.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Gnomish companion (his 'brother'). He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

Description: With green face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. He keeps his long blue crest kept up in a rat tail. His red eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: Greethen lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions.
