Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the south. Borgu abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. She is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: She got into the Fletcher business at a young age. She was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Fletcher and was forced into it by her family; and sabotage a competitor

Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes.. With bright auburn hair and a scraggly beard. His skin is flawless and his hazel eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: Gifted from a young age, Varis studied abroad. He has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac.

Description: He is a man of bearing and well nourished. He is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing grey cape and mantle trimmed with soft brown waves gently in the breeze. His white hair is matted, messy, and big. He has brown eyes and a grey hat with a brown feather.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Barendd was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Barendd's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Barendd and his spouse have recently divorced.
