History: Born in the east to a Painter, Smoking learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Smoking was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Description: She is an average looking northern female in her early mid-life. She very much looks the part of a Courier. Her black hair is knotted and matted. Her otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this northern gal figured out how to best use her charms to convince people to do what she wants. She is used to getting what she wants. In part because she is a meticulous planner.

History: When she was but 5 years old her parents immigrated from the north. Tana was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Tana decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and a rival would like her out of the picture

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. Aramil is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He got into the Spy business at a young age. His childhood dream was to be a Crown-heir, but he was a colossal failure. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and to reunite with his absent father

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.

Motivation: Expand his business; and further expansion of business
