Personality: She is overprotective of those who hire her services. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Cook hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

Motivation: To protect her home; and to clean up the streets

Personality: She likes to make people angry or surprised. She is harsh and unforgiving.

History: She got into the Scribe business at a young age. Shadow was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Shadow decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. In her 10th year, her parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Marigold alone in the world.
