Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. The war was a terrible time for her, and Jane does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, she put together a working one.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Rhogar was born on a far western desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Bellfounder. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She was taken from her home at a very young age. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the south; and she is greedy

Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Merchant born in the past three hundred years. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. She was an apprentice working in her mother's forge. She became a Merchant soon after.

Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job; and to get a good night's sleep
