Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. He always admired divine-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He was granted divine powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and he feels threatened by others

Description: He is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. He is physically well-built. His fur is short and white. This copper eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Smoking was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Smoking decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
