Personality: Liftrasa speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. She is clearly well-traveled and educated. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: She was born in the south, but her parents moved at a very young age to the west. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war.
