Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He wears baggy white pantaloons and a green scarf. His black hair is heavily combed to the right. His eyes are blue and catlike.
Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.
History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Nazdûg took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up mace and armor he uses now. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and he desires power and/or immortality

Description: A woman with a cold, calculating air about her, she wears a tan vest and prefers yellow and violet shirts. Her boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. With wild red hair. Her hazel unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. A fanatic, her devotion to her small selection of gods is unquestionable. She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.
History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Malquis has worked very hard to control her curse. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.
Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions; and she is wracked by social anxiety

Description: The light-skinned man stands 5'8" and usually wears his yellow robe and has his lance always slung over his shoulder. With a patchy golden beard and wild golden hair. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.
Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the east. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.
History: Born in the east to a Dyer, Conrad learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.

Description: He wears a red collared shirt and black pants. He accessorizes with a yellow scarf around the waist and a strap diagonally across his shirt. He carries with him a set of crossbows on his belt, each one with a aquamarine on the hilt. His long silver hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His eyes are blue and he is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of gnolls may trigger it at times.
History: Roge was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Roge fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it; and many gnolls want him driven away

Description: She wears a large hat to cast shadows over her face and wears ponchos to better hide her body. Her attire stands in sharp contrast to her hand crossbow, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a dagger on it. Her tied-back hair is blonde. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.
Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. She is fiercely devoted to her mother, and views her mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-sister.
History: Bardryn was born the youngest of three triplets. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. She has dedicated herself to building a better village for her children.
Motivation: To reunite with her old friends; and she will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact
