History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Kelter grew up listening to his father's many stories. His first spouse was a Body Guard, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: A child with a great deal of music talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Salasar has worked very hard to control his curse. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
