Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. Fonkin is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Fonkin alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it.

History: She was born in a small plains village. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Description: His skin has the orange glow of too much sun. He wears professional attire. His chestnut hair is thinning but still full. His skin is flawless and his blue eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Oren is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Oren lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Cartwright. He tends to his Cartwright job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Cartwright and was forced into it by his family.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his singing with anyone who is interested.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Gunter was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Detective they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Body Guard, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers
