History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Ostracized due to the divine powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. He was granted divine powers by his dying sister.

History: He got into the Gardener business at a young age. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He became a Gardener soon after.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. She found a children's book about a Dwarf Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. In her journeys she found a malevolent artifact. She wishes to return this artifact and its corrupting influence back to where it came.

Motivation: She made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and she has passion for adventuring and risk
