Description: He wears suspenders and red workpants. His shirt is grey, and he wears a heavy red leather apron most of the time. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his quarterstaff, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a butterfly on it. His blonde hair is greasy and uncared for. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Tomi grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Tomi. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

This search led him directly into Fletcher work with an outfit from a few towns over. Fletcher work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He became a Fletcher soon after.
