History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her father. Bethrynna was born on a far northern island where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Apothecary. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Conrad grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. After a long history of fighting, Conrad and his spouse have recently divorced.
