Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: Burto was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.
