Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of goblins may trigger it at times.

History: Grom was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His childhood dream was to be a Seamstress, but he was a colossal failure. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. His childhood dream was to be a Locksmith, but he was a colossal failure. He's also a talented Locksmith, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

A freak accident while working with his Mayor father left him crippled. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.
