History: Godfrey was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Adept, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Adept in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Half-Elven companion (his 'brother'). He struck the Crown-heir job and began his own company from there.

Personality: Here is a woman who knows she is the smartest in the room. She talks down to others constantly. She is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for her.
