History: Kansif was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She was an apprentice working in her father's forge. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: This eastern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears light armors faded through time and improper care. He wears his silver hair up in a very large beehive style do. His ears are large.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: Baern hails from a village terrorized by orcs. His parents were killed by orcs in a raid when he was still a young child. The orcs captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by orcs. Baern was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the orcs.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him.

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: A deep hatred of gnolls; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

History: She was born at the edge of vast mountains. Her mother took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and to find somewhere to settle down
